Graybeard Waterman, LLC cannot, however, warranty or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, etc. of information found on the site. For example, there could be a minor typo error in pricing, availability, shipping time, etc. All information is subject to change without notice. We will correct any error as soon as possible. We will contact you via the email you provide if a problem or conflict does arise that could affect you or your order.

All items purchased from Graybeard Waterman, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer once we deliver the package to the carrier.
Graybeard Waterman, LLC has managerial and physical provisions and systems in place to protect and maintain customer information secure. We cannot guarantee that security 100%. We cannot be liable for any breech of security, but we will notify you if we become aware of any situation where your information may have been compromised. We will use the email on file for any notification.
Unauthorized use of this site (or any of it’s contents) may give rise to a claim for damages and is subject to the laws of the U.S.A. (of whatever country you are in.) Prior written consent from Graybeard Waterman, LLC is required for any use.
Returns and Exchanges
Graybeard Waterman will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us at contact@graybeardwaterman.com within 7 days of postal delivery of the purchased product. In your email you must include the product description, the invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange. You must also provide us with a phone number and address. We will then send you a USPS shipping label so that you can return the item to us by mail. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return or exchange. We will not refund any shipping fees previously paid by you. Any purchases made in person for product received at the point of sale are final.
