All items purchased from Graybeard Waterman, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer once we deliver the package to the carrier.

We cannot be liable for any breech of security, but we will notify you if we become aware of any situation where your information may have been compromised. Graybeard Waterman will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of postal delivery of the purchased product. In your email you must include the product description, the invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange. You must also provide us with a phone number and address. We will then send you a USPS shipping label so that you can return the item to us by mail. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return or exchange. We will not refund any shipping fees previously paid by you. Any purchases made in person for product received at the point of sale are final.
